TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We work with very flexible terms and conditions. Our goal is to design an offer mix so that we work as a team and our concern is not only to sell our best watches to you but also to assist you sell those to your customers. Therefore, as part of our strategy, we offer you; retailer discounts + quarterly sales promotions + quarterly or yearly incentives upon achieving your sales volumes and a constant FREE advertising and marketing support, with video ads and photos, to make our target consumers be aware of the availability of our Best Watches Brans in your shop.

The prices mentioned on our website are recommended retail price (RRP) for consumers, including taxes. We work with retail shops, therefore, to know your retailer discounts and promotional schemes and offers, please email us your; company name, address / delivery address, VAT number together with contact person’s name and contact phone number. We will shall discuss over emails the basics and therein, maybe plan to talk over phone or even better a video talk over Skype or WhatsApp. Only when we have received your company details and we have had a talk, we shall share your retailer discounts, sales promotional details and our marketing support strategy.

ORDERS
To place your orders please email us the sku # of the products. Upon receiving your orders, we shall issue you a pro-forma invoice and we request you must confirm that along with your advance payment, which must be transferred online to our bank account in The Hong Kong. All these details, will be mentioned on our pro-forma invoice.

DELIVERIES
We ship all orders the same day or the following day upon receiving the full payment. 

Usually, we have stocks in our store in FBA in The United States and we also have a stock point close to Paris in France. However, at times when we run out of stocks, under such situations we shall surely let you know and your orders may take around 3-5 weeks for delivery because we will have to order these to our principles in Hong Kong and then as we receive those, we shall forward those to your address.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
The following shipping options are available:
* Standard Economy with TNT Courier: from our works in The Hong Kong (arrives within 3-7 business days within Europe depending upon your address / City / Country).
* Economy EMS speed-post / DPD courier: from our works close to FBA in United States (arrives within 3-7 business days within Europe depending upon your address / City / Country).

SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method. We shall share these to you when we receive your orders and know your location. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You chose the products and email us your orders. Only if we ship out wrong order(s), you will be entitled for exchange. On condition that it is unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased, and, purchased from oblvlowatch.com  within a period of 3 days (no exceptions) of delivery for a full exchange of the purchase (sorry no cash refunds). Let us gently remind you, many airlines and hotels work with no refunds and no exchange policy, we are doing the same, and that is because, we work with very less margins to be able to cover costs on damages etc. and also to remind you that, we do not sell / trade / offer / market used or refurbished watches. Further, If returned by mail, you may need to pay for return shipping, however, because of our error, we will refund that amount in adjustments. Shipping & handling fees are usually non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra links, and anything else that came with the item. 

Batteries, straps (plastic, leather, or metal) and reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotions, sales etc) are considered ‘Final Sale.’ Final Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash vouchers unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Please email us and we will to solve this situation. As we’ve said earlier, if it’s our fault, we will solve it and all in your favour. 

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong merchandise, we’ll be happy to exchange it. 

Please email us and we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full exchange offer after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. If the items are broken or damaged because of shipping errors, please email us along with the photos to support your cause, while we will surely work out a solution on this, your photos will enable us to claim our insurance from our shipping agency. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Order received around Christmas Holidays period i.e. around December 21st. maybe entitled for an extension of the returns period. Please email us and we will sort this out as well.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTIES
All are products come with respected warranties and guaranties from their manufacturers. Usual it is around 2 years international warranty. At times we offer an additional 1 year warranty, when you purchase from us.

HOLIDAY
We take one holiday in a year, around December 21st till January 11th the following month. This is the only period during which we may not be able to pack and forward your orders, otherwise, during this period too, we check our e-mails and take orders, which are prepared for delivery when we are back at work again.
